What is one thing you love about working at Vision Bank?
One of my favorite things about working at Vision Bank is our staff. Everyone genuinely cares about one another and is always willing to step in, lend a hand, and support each other whenever it is needed.

We focus on building strong relationships with our customers. We prioritize knowing our customers by name and often become familiar with their families and business history, allowing us to serve them in a more personal and meaningful way.

To strive to reach our goals that have been set to achieve long term success. Motivate staff and keep them informed of upcoming changes so we can continue to build positive relationships with our customers and our local community.
