What makes community banking different?
We are active in our community. Customers can come in, talk with us, and receive help when they need it. Supporting our local businesses and building relationships is what community banking is all about.
What is your favorite feature we offer customers?
Online banking offers so many options that help with day-to-day banking. Customers have the ability to balance accounts, manage their debit cards, and make deposits. The messaging feature also allows them to reach out to us directly, giving us the ability to bank alongside our customers while they stay present in their daily lives.
What does Vision mean to you in your role?
Looking ahead means planning for what works best for my team and our customers. It also means preparing for training and gaining more knowledge so my team stays informed and can pass that information along to the customers we serve.
