With a history spanning over 120 years, we are an integral part of every community we serve. Our journey began in 1900 in Ada, OK. In 2004, we rebranded from the First National Bank and Trust Company of Ada to Vision Bank. Today, we proudly extend our services to communities across south central Oklahoma and beyond.

Important Dates

1900: First National Bank of Ada opens
1901: Bank moves to downtown Ada location at 101 East Main Street
1927: The First National Bank in Ada become a member of the Federal Reserve System
1959: The bank adds trust services and becomes the First National Bank and Trust Company of Ada
1961: The Ada Motor Bank opens
1997: The Ada Arlington branch opens
2000: FNB Ada acquires Prague National Bank and its branch in Meeker
2005: The bank changes its name to Vision Bank
2006: Vision Bank opens in Durant
2007: Vision Bank opens its Operations Center in Ada
2007: Vision Bank opens in Shawnee
2008: Vision Bank Prague opens its new building
2008: The Ada motor bank reopens in a new building at the same location
2009: Vision Bank Shawnee opens its new building
2011: The Ada Arlington branch opens its new building
2012: The bank purchased the Community Bank of the Arbuckles in Sulphur and Davis
2021: Vision Bank opens in Norman
