Vision Bank Names Matt Largent as Market President, Emphasizing Family and Community in Ada

Ada, Oklahoma — Vision Bank has named Matt Largent as President of its Ada Market. Largent brings more than three decades of leadership experience across military service, community banking and leadership development, along with a deep commitment to relationship-driven, community-focused banking.

“Community banking is at the core of who we are, and Matt embodies that in every way,” said Vision Bank CEO Steve Bagwell. “Matt understands that community banking is about more than transactions, it’s about relationships, trust and showing up for people. His leadership style and heart for service make him a natural fit for Ada and we are excited to have him on our team.”

Largent has served Oklahoma banking communities for 21 years, including in executive roles such as Chief Retail Officer, where he oversaw multiple markets, branches and teams. He is known for developing leaders, building strong customer relationships and helping teams serve with excellence and integrity.

He also served 15 years in the United States Marine Corps and Oklahoma Army National Guard in combat arms leadership roles. Those experiences shaped the leadership philosophy centered on service first, strong teams and a commitment to developing people.

Outside of banking, Largent is active in the church, hosts The Matt Largent Concert, a leadership podcast and YouTube channel focused on servant leadership and personal growth, and is public speaker on these topics.

Family is central to the Largent’s story and their connection to Oklahoma communities. Matt and his wife Lynn have five children and four grandchildren. Lynn, an East Central University graduate, serves as a Regional Administrator for Imagine Learning. Their family remains closely connected while pursuing careers across Oklahoma and the country.

Largent said he and his family are excited to build new relationships in Ada and become active members of the community.

“Ada has a strong sense of pride and community,” Largent said. “From East Central University and the Chickasaw Nation to institutions like Pontotoc Technology Center and CLEET, and especially the many small businesses and local families who have built this town over generations. Our town is strong, our chamber is growing, and my family and I are grateful for the opportunity to be here. I’m looking forward to listening, learning, and serving this community well.”

In his role, Largent will focus on strengthening relationships with local businesses, supporting families and entrepreneurs, and continuing Vision Bank’s tradition of community-centered service.

With Largent’s leadership, Vision Bank looks forward to deepening its commitment to Ada and supporting the long-term growth and success of the Ada community and surrounding region.

We will be hosting a meet and greet reception on April 30, 2026 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Vision Bank. The community is invited to stop by and help us welcome our new Market President.
