Vision Bank Welcomes Tyler Wilburn as Shawnee Market President
Vision Bank is proud to welcome Tyler Wilburn as Market President for its Shawnee branch.
Tyler brings nearly 20 years of banking experience and a strong commitment to serving local families, businesses and communities. His career began at Vision Bank in Ada, where he worked as a part time teller while attending East Central University. During his time with the bank, he gained experience in the credit department before becoming a loan officer.
After leaving and continuing to build his career, Tyler is returning to Vision Bank to lead the Shawnee market.
"Returning to Vision Bank feels like coming home," Wilburn said. "The family culture I experienced during my first time here left a lasting impression. I'm excited to serve the Shawnee community alongside a team that truly values relationships and puts people first."
As Market President, Tyler will focus on building strong relationships with customers, supporting local businesses and staying actively involved in the Shawnee community. He believes banking is about understanding each customer's goals and helping them make confident financial decisions.
"Community banking is built on relationships," Wilburn said. "I enjoy taking the time to understand each customer's goals so I can provide solutions that help them grow, whether that's buying a home, expanding a business or planning for the future."
Tyler is active in several local organizations, including the Shawnee Educational Foundation, Shawnee Police Foundation, Shawnee Homebuilders Association and the Shawnee Kiwanis Club. He is also passionate about supporting the YMCA of Shawnee and its mission to make youth programs and athletics available to families throughout the community.
Outside of work, Tyler enjoys spending time with his wife, Kaylee, and their children, Coleson and Sawyer. He enjoys golfing, spending time at the lake with his family, cheering on OU football and hunting during the fall and winter.
For Tyler, "Serving with Vision" means helping people build a stronger future.
"It means looking beyond today's transaction," Wilburn said. "It's about understanding where people want to go and providing guidance, resources and financial solutions to help them get there."
"We're excited to welcome Tyler back to the Vision Bank family," said Steve Bagwell, President and CEO of Vision Bank. "Tyler is an experienced leader who shares our commitment to serving people and strengthening our communities. His relationship focused approach and dedication to Shawnee make him a great fit for our team."
Tyler hopes every customer who walks into Vision Bank feels welcome and appreciated. He looks forward to building lasting relationships and helping customers, businesses and the Shawnee community continue to grow.
Please join us for a reception to welcome our new Shawnee President and honor Steve Wallace for his leadership and service to our community.
