What is one thing you love about working at Vision Bank?
I love my customers, I love my team and I love working for a bank that truly encourages us to be part of the communities we serve.
What makes community banking different?
Community banking is all about relationships. It allows us to truly get to know our customers and understand their individual needs. I have known many of my customers for over 20 years, and they are like family to me. Community banking means focusing on long-term relationships and proudly serving the communities where we live and work.
What is your favorite feature we offer customers right now?
One of my favorite new features we offer is Card Control. I love that it truly puts our customers in control of their debit cards and gives them extra peace of mind. Customers can receive notifications each time their card is used and even turn their card off instantly if it’s lost or if something doesn’t seem quite right. It’s a simple tool that helps our customers feel more secure and confident when using their card.
What does Vision mean to you in your role?
Vision means helping my team to grow in their knowledge and abilities to serve our customers with exceptional customer service. It means helping our customers to achieve their financial goals and dreams.
What is a fun fact about you?
As of this month, I have been in banking 22 years. All of these years have been in Davis, OK. I enjoy coming to work every day and taking care of my customers and my bankers. I enjoy the challenges each day brings, and it brings me joy to give my customers a great experience banking with Vision Bank.
