What is one thing you love about working at Vision Bank?

I love the boutique feel of our department. After years in legal private practice, much of the work was focused on production, deadlines and acrimony. Here, we have the opportunity to take time to build deep relationships and work with each client to support their needs and goals. I enjoy helping clients turn good intentions into well-designed plans that protect their families and preserve their legacy.

What makes community banking different?

Community banking is built on relationships and trust. Decisions are made locally by people who understand the needs of the communities they serve. We aren’t just working with numbers – we’re working with families, business owners and individuals we know personally. That local connection allows us to provide guidance that’s both personal and practical.

What is your favorite feature we offer customers right now?

Our ability to offer both Trust and Investment Services under one roof. Clients often need more than just a financial plan – they need a team that can help coordinate estate planning, trust administration, and investment management. Being able to provide comprehensive guidance and long-term support is a tremendous benefit for the families we serve.

What does Vision mean to you in your role today?

My role at Vision means helping clients prepare for the future with confidence. My experience as an attorney gives me the opportunity to provide expertise to work through complex issues and help clients through each stage of life. As department head, I enjoy leading a team that shares the same commitment to serving clients and helping them achieve their goals.
