How do I access my free* Greenlight subscription?
If you’re a Vision Bank customer, you can sign up for your free subscription on Greenlight’s website. If you’re new to Vision Bank and/or a current Greenlight customer, you’ll find instructions on signing up for your free* account there, too.
 
Q: Can I ship my Greenlight card to a PO Box?

If this is your first card order, please call Greenlight customer support (888-483-2645) to notify them of needing to ship to a PO Box. There might be times when you need your Greenlight card shipped to a different address than the one on file for you. You can change the shipping address right from your app when you're ordering a replacement card or a custom card. Just follow the steps below:

  1. Tap the profile for the child or older adult’s card you’d like to replace

  2. Tap “Manage [First name]’s debit card”

  3. Tap “Replace a damaged, lost, or stolen card” or “Order a custom card”

  4. Select whether the card is damaged, lost or stolen

  5. Review the card that will be shipped and tap “Continue”

  6. Here, you can tap “Edit” to edit the shipping address.

  7. Tap “Edit address” and fill out the “Edit Shipping Address” page

  8. Tap “Use this address”

  9. Confirm your delivery address and tap “Continue”

  10. Tap “Place order”

Once your order has been placed, please note that the shipping date can’t be changed, so be sure to double-check your address and shipping preference before completing your order. If you have any trouble, please give Greenlight a call at 888-483-2645 and they are happy to help!
